Dijabole keeps the boring part of a shuttle day in one place: who is riding, who is actually in the truck, what the shuttle costs and who has already paid. No more scrolling back through a chat to count heads.
Available for Android and iOS.
Shuttle
Car park, 08:30, 12 per rider
Every crew runs into the same three problems: getting a straight answer on who is riding, remembering who still owes for the shuttle, and collecting what everybody wants when somebody puts in a parts order. Dijabole is built for exactly that.
You start a crew, invite riders by phone number, and then create events inside it. Everyone gets notified, everyone answers yes or no, and the organiser has one screen showing the current state instead of a conversation to reconstruct.
Set the crew up once. Any rider can invite somebody new, so it does not all depend on one person being awake.
Every rider is notified and replies yes or no. The organiser marks who actually turned up, which is not always the same list.
Track a price per rider, override it where needed, and tick people off as they settle up. Awkward reminders, handled.
Not every plan needs the same bookkeeping, so you pick the type that fits and only track what matters.
A paid shuttle day
For a day with a cost to split: the truck to the start of the track, the driver, the fuel. Set a date, a meeting point, a time and a price per rider.
Attendance only
For a ride with no shuttle: pedalling up, a local spot, an evening lap. Just a date, a time and a headcount.
A group parts order
Somebody is putting an order in with a shop or a distributor. Riders say what they want, each as its own entry with a link and a description, as many as they like.
Sign up with a username and a password, then start a crew for the people you ride with.
Invite riders whether or not they already use Dijabole. An invite waits for them, and they join the crew the moment they register.
Pick a type, fill in the details, and every active rider is notified straight away. Change the date later and they all hear about that too.
Riders reply, the organiser records who came and who paid, and the crew can add guests by hand for anyone outside the app.
Dijabole is a mobile app, on Android and iOS. Everything happens in the app, so the organiser and the rest of the crew are looking at the same current state.
